Very poor service.

Just finished kitchen Reno. Included all Wolf appliances. After a month of use the range top became very scratched (would not recommend Wolf products for family use). I contacted Wolf customer service to find out if the was any way to remove the scratches. They asked to provide serial #, picture of the damage, and date of install which I did and they sent ref#. They then m lost this info and it has been 2 months and still do not have an answer to my original inquiry. All they sent was a pdf of the product cleaning instructions.

Beautiful product. Only problem is that the $4000 speed oven doesnt work and their product support is the worst. Think of bad cable service. Actually, Id be happy with the cable customer service at this point. They dont answer the phone unless you are buying their product.

Range

asked about the appropriate toe kick height. I received the wrong one, apparently, by my appliance store. Wolf helped me work through it, and figure out which one to get / swap it for. They were great, no complaints.

Our brand new Wolf Microwave stopped working after 8 weeks. The touch panel just went blank. It has been two weeks and no one is calling me back or helping resolve this in any way. The service technicians was supposed to be here last Thursday and never showed up! Waited all day for him. He also has not returned any of my voicemails. The level of customer service is absolutely mind blowing considering how much we paid for our Wolf products. After spending over 100k with this company Im appalled at how they treat their customers

This is our second new wolf range. New home and bought a 36 inch gas wolf oven. The oven temperature is always more than 125 degrees hotter than the dial settings. They dont seem to care nor are they able to fix it. Baking is our passion and this oven has ruined almost everything it has touched. Not the least bit consistent. You pay a lot for wolf because you think it will be able to keep up with your cooking and in this case it hasn't and regret buying it every day. . Will never buy wolf again!

Wolf contacted me within 24 hours. Unfortunately they could not resolve the problem over the phone. I will need to have a service call to correct the problem. This was a 20 year old stove top, so I believe I have gotten my moneys worth from my purchase. Wolf was very helpful and responsive.

I HAVE WRONG MODEL

Wolf Appliances - I HAVE WRONG MODEL
Cant blame wolf but their distributor gave me wrong information. I ordered a product ,their 36 inch induction range that was just introduced without the classic red knobs. I was told the new model was sleeker but was the same as the older model I was told about all the smart technology that had 100 preset recipes just to find the older model doesnt have any of it There is now a 28 month wait for new model

I inherited a Wolf toaster that stopped working

Wolf Appliances - I inherited a Wolf toaster that stopped working
I called Wolf and they said I can go to a small appliance repair but Wolf does not supply repair parts to anyone. This toaster sells for $400. In other words it's a huge con job. You think you're buying quality but it lasts 5 years and then you are expected to buy new product. They just lost me.

I HAVE WRONG MODEL

Ordered a 36-inch induction Wolf oven from Famous Tate in Tampa I was told the new model didn't have the red knobs but was essentially the same as the new translational model. I was told of all the recipes and the automatic features it had built in. Now I find it doesn't have these new features. I want to return it for the new model with the features I thought it contained unless its simply a software upgrade

Wolf Microwave

We bought our house 12 years ago. It came with a built-in Wolf Microwave. The first two started emitting smoke and seemed to be a fire hazard. The built-in profile makes it very difficult to choose another brand, but given a choice I would not buy a Wolf Microwave again.

Very disappointed

DoHorrible products. Spent over 60k for wolf appliances. Ive barely used the appliances and there are scratches everywhere. I only use microfiber towels and wolf polishing to clean. My 16k refrigerator is scratched, my microwave and range have horrible scratches everywhere. The stainless steel is hard to clean and leaves smudge marks everywhere. The outdoor light has not worked since I purchased it. Outdoor grill is a nightmare to keep clean. The range top is a joke to clean and so is the flat top grill on it. Ive only used it one and there are browning marks everywhere. I would never purchase wolf again. This is a vacation home and appliances have only been used a few times. I have all DCS in my main home for over 20 years and not a scratch on them. My advice is do not WASTE your money for the red knobs.
