Bought a double oven and separate cooktop. Both are beautiful.

Both came defected and need to be replace in the first month.. the working oven take forever to come to temperature and the cooktop does not cleanup well stainless get stain from cooked food and does not clean off. . The stainless on the cooktop is most sensitive service I have ever had.

With in the first month looks worse than the 20 year old cooktop it replaced. It is also so under powered. Can take 40 min to get a pot of water to boil.

Oven took 30 to heat to 450 degrees. If all of this sounds good Wolf is for you

Product or Service Mentioned: Wolf Appliances Cooktop.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Hate your appliances.

New wolf in 2012 R366-LP. In 2014 noticed oven floor splintering. Steel floor with porcelain coating totally ruined by warping and coating coming off in tiny splinters--glasslike and fine. Wolf sent new oven floor and was installed.

Oct-2016 the same thing happened, the oven floor warped and the enamel splintered off. Now out of warranty I'm on my own. Wolf oven floor parts are JUNK, and with the possibility of fine porcelain splinters entering food, a DANGER to the owner. Instead of buying an OVERPRICED wolf part, decided to contact local Co and have exact part made out of stainless. BEST thing I could have done...Part was perfect, easy to clean, and was indestructible. Stainless part slightly discolored, but otherwise worked perfectly. (N. Wi.--715-453-9128) :)..Also had to replace oven igniter twice-used cheap aftermarket parts--but easy to replace and @ $25, not wolf's $230!

Have R 366-LP (36 inch) and stove is NOW working well, have spare igniter on hand, Oven works better than ever, (Maybe the thick stainless bottom?) So major wolf defect repaired. (What next?)

Note: Portable welding & Repair LLC, 715-453-9128....Excellent duplicate of oven floor in heavy stainless. Recommend them! (Less expensive than wolf part!) Call for info!

Product or Service Mentioned: Wolf Appliances R366lp Range.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $250.

Preferred solution: reemburse for out of pocket loss because of defective part replacement .

I liked: Concept of stove, Concept of stove design.

I didn't like: Quality of construction, Quality control or design of some parts.

I had the same issue with my wolf wall oven. All the sudden the enamel is chipping after I ran the self cleaning function. No help from Wolf as it was just past warranty.

Wolf Appliances - Wolf Ovens Crazing

I have two Wolf Ovens, one electric, self cleaning and one gas, not self cleaning. Purchased in 2006.

Both have large chips coming off the bottom of oven. Wolf calls them tiny cracks called Crazing. Mine are not "tiny". They won't even offer to come see.

They tell me it will not affect performance! It certainly affects the appearance and at this rate of cracking it won't be long before the whole bottom of oven is involved. Part of the purchase of "high" end products are the appearance.

I can't believe this is ok. I am unhappy about lack of concern from Wolf.
